When you sign up on our website we ask for: your name, your email address, your child's age, their interests, what they are working on, and (if you choose to give it) your child's first name. Our website also records the type of browser you used, to help us keep the form working and block spam. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies.
Your child's first name is optional, and you choose what to tell us. Please don't include anything you'd rather we didn't hold.
Only the services that run our website and email: Vercel (website hosting), Neon (our database) and Resend (sending emails). When you pay by card, Revolut processes your payment; we never see or store your full card details. We never sell your information.
While you are a customer, and for 12 months after you cancel, then we delete it. If you unsubscribe from our emails we delete it straight away. Ask us any time and we'll delete it sooner.
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold, or object to how we use it, by emailing hello@inkleaflearning.co.uk. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
